Some specimen images show a paper slip with the patient ID used to match the specimen to the patient. The medium was not password-protected and had not been found as of October 1, 2026. Removal from the hospital or leakage has not been confirmed, but the hospital says it cannot be ruled out. The images contain nothing, such as face photos, that identifies a person by itself.
